How did Lorabees get started?

Lorabees began as a small in-house project at our brick-and-mortar boutique. Our fragrance products became so popular that we expanded into a dedicated brand focused on creating unique, handcrafted items with care and creativity.

Why do you use soy candles and eco-friendly products?

We prioritize your health and the environment by using 100% soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances. These clean, safe ingredients ensure a better experience for you, your home, and your pets.

What makes Lorabees products special?

Each product is crafted in small batches, ensuring high quality and attention to detail. From luxurious soy candles to enchanting perfume fragrances, every item reflects our passion for design, eco-friendliness, and creativity.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept 35 payment methods, including Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express, Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, and more.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes! When you select your country in the country selector on the top-right corner of the website, prices will automatically display in your regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed. If you need to correct something, the fastest solution is to create a new order with the correct information and reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are currently only available to customers shipping within the United States.

 What is your shipping policy?

We ship exclusively with USPS and UPS. Due to flammability, alcohol-based products like perfumes and body sprays must be shipped via ground shipping.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless items are damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us at info@lorabees.com. Returns for clothing are only available for exchanges if the desired size is in stock.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. For concerns about delivery, please contact our customer service team.

Are Lorabees products safe for pets?

Yes! We use clean, phthalate-free fragrances and soy wax, which are safe for pets when used as directed.

Where are your products made?

Every Lorabees product is handcrafted in our production studio in Poynette, Wisconsin.
